Cover-ups
Blown out lines? Faded colours? Bad memories? Let's see what we can do.
Bad tattoos. We all have ‘em, we all love ‘em.
Okay, well, love may be too strong of a word here, but they do occasionally make for some mildly entertaining party conversation. Every heavily inked person I know has at least one faded tattoo with blown out lines and a backstory involving a night of drinking and a cousin or a close friend who bought a tattoo gun from Amazon. Some regret the decision but enjoy the story, some love both and the barely recognizable Spongebob is a prized possession.
We’re not here to talk about those today. We’re here to talk about the other kind of bad tattoo, the kind that gets featured not in party convo but a lot of 2AM Google searches. The squiggly-lined tree of life prominently featured on the forearm, the once colourful bird of paradise that now actually looks kinda creepy and intense, the ‘oh my god tell me that’s not crooked’. It happens. All tattoos fade, some don’t heal well, and some just don’t age well. Sometimes there’s miscommunication with the artist and your experience of getting the tattoo is forever tarnished.
Bad news first: not everything can be fixed. Sometimes you just need to start considering laser removal as an option. Good news: some can be fixed. Even better news: I can fix them for you! I’ve worked on quite a few cover-ups that resulted in smiling faces. I’ve compiled some below. Take a look, reach out, and let’s see if we can make you fall in love with your tattoo again. We may even talk about a special price if your message mentions this newsletter, wink wink.
